LX570 Maintenance How-To - Radiator & Associated Items

April 14, 2023 A couple of days ago, I made a post showing the failure point of the early stock 200 Series Land Cruiser (or LX570 like mine) radiator and the other parts/components (with part numbers) that I intend to replace while doing it. My LX570 is at 150K miles on the dot at the time of doing this maintenance. I was able to find several videos about replacing the radiator, but some of the other maintenance items that I was trying to tackle (specifically the fan assembly bracket) were pretty hard to find information on. Removing the Fan and and Radiator This is probably the best documented part of the entire process. Release of 2025 Toyota 4Runner

April 9, 2024 I'll go ahead and preface that all information coming from this article comes from Forbes who seemingly accidentally released the 2025 Toyota 4Runner press release at 10:15AM EST on April 9th rather than 10:15PM EST on April 9th. Their post has since been taken down, but not before information could be grabbed. Obviously, I am a fan of the Toyota 4Runner. Full-Circle Moments Don't Happen Often, BUT I’m Glad When They Do

May 14, 2024 Toyota Life Recap If you either know me or have kept up with my blog for some time, you will be well aware that my favorite vehicle is the fourth generation of the Toyota 4Runner  (4th Gen) specifically with the 4.7L V8 and 4-wheel drive. I have loved the 4th Gen since I was a little kid when my father had one that he bought new in 2007. I purchased my first Toyota SUV in 2018, which was a 2004 Lexus GX470. The Lexus GX470 was built on the 4Runner chassis (technically the 4Runner was built on the Land Cruiser Prado 120 chassis), giving it the same 4.7L and 4-wheel drive system in a nicer package than the 4Runner counterpart.
